The unofficial capital of Cornish Surfing is also the South Coast’s busiest town. Newquay is surrounded by 11 magnificent beaches with Fistral beach being the most famous for surfing. Newquay’s town centre has plenty to offer with a high street like no other, spanning the whole length of the town, dotted with individual shops and specialist shops. There are many places to eat to suit everyone’s tastes from cosy cafes, to beach bars and traditional fish and chip restaurants.
